After the author's acclaimed book about a retiree's road trip was converted into a recent cinematic release, it showcased multiple beautiful musical numbers by the folk musician. More recently, singer-songwriter Passenger provided the music and lyrics for Chichester Festival theatre's production, which will relocate to London's theatre district in winter. Passenger's album of musical interpretations, titled One for the Road – with bonus material that were cut from the stage production and a feature from performer Jack Wolfe, who portrayed the show's Balladeer – is now accessible to stream.
